] Hanoi awards the decision on investment policy for a school building project to Nam Cuong Corporation

In June 25th, 2017, at the “Hanoi 2017 – Investment and Development Cooperation” Conference in Lotte Hotel, Hanoi, the Hanoi People’s Committee decided to award the investment decision for construction of four schools to Nam Cuong Corporation. The conference was attended by the Prime Minister, the Heads of State, the National Assembly, the Ambassadors of Vietnam, and the representatives of prestigious enterprises in Vietnam and around the world.

According to the decision of the Hanoi People’s Committee, Nam Cuong Corporation will invest in conducting the project of building schools in the Duong Noi Township, Ha Dong District, Hanoi, including 01 kindergarten, 02 primary schools and 01 primary-secondary interschool, corresponding to 7 kindergarten classes, 70 primary school classes, and 15 secondary school classes, respectively. The project serves the learning needs, not only of the children in the Duong Noi Township but also its surrounding areas and Hanoi. The goal of Nam Cuong Corporation is to have the school buildings that are developed on the basis of national standards with adequate facilities, receiving advanced training models and programs from around the world.

Nam Cuong Corporation’s General Director – Mr. Tran Van Nghia shared: “Nam Cuong Corporation is honored to implement the policy of investing in the school cluster in the Duong Noi Township. With the support from the Government and the Ministries, Nam Cuong Corporation is determined to concentrate its resources to urgently implement the project, thereby contributing to the development of the education, culture and economy of the capital.”

Also at the meeting, Chairman of the Hanoi People’s Committee praised and acknowledged the contributions of organizations and enterprises in social welfare activities, of which Nam Cuong Corporation’s Compassionate Heart Foundation donated 10,000 stainless-steel chairs to cultural houses of mountainous districts and communes in 2017, provided 5 billion VND for building houses for people who deserved well of Vietnam, and donated funds to the “For Poor People” foundation of Hanoi on the occasion of Vietnam Business Day in 2016.
